Employment for employers

Employment for employers 2011

The solicitors in our employment team have a great depth of experience of advising both private and public sector employers.

Public sector employment law

The team has advised on the employment aspects of outsourcing of public contracts to the private sector both prior to and post tender, and the employment aspects of school conversions to academy status. We are appointed to advise on the employment law issues to the NHS SBS.

Private sector employment law

We advise employers of all sizes across a number of business sectors. The team has particular experience in the recruitment, retail, logistics, healthcare, sport and education sectors.

How the George Davies employment law team work

The team philosophy is to operate as an extension of their clients business. Head of Department Sara Barrett (Partner) has been praised for this approach in Chambers UK 2012 with clients stating that she "provides advice which fits our organisational culture".
